MENTORING PROGRAM
Would you like to foster a Dane but don't have any jumbo breed experience?
GDROMN is pleased to announce our new mentoring program. You will have one on one guidance from Great Dane owners with a minimum of 10 years experience with Danes.
Requirements are:
Six months of participation at rescue events within 50 miles of your home, one event per month to give you hands on experience with the Danes.
Completion of the Red Cross First Aid for Pets course.
No children under age 8 in living in your home.
If this is something you would like to do go to our Volunteer page and fill out an application form. Once your home visit and referenc checks have been completed you will be contacted by the mentoring coordinator.
